The best teaching in the world is already out there. Someone just has to do the hard part.
Curratto is made by Candiid Labs, a studio that builds software for industries where the rules are not suggestions. We built it because we kept watching the same thing go wrong.
Our clients were paying for stacks of learning platforms, opening almost none of them, and still could not answer the one question that counts at audit time: what did our people actually learn?
It was never a content problem. The courses from MIT, Khan Academy, edX and dozens more are right there, and they are excellent. The work is everything around them. Finding the good ones. Checking them against rules you cannot bend. Keeping them current. Shaping them into something a busy person will finish. That work is dull, constant, and nobody on your team has an hour for it.
So we did it. Curratto's agents assemble the right material for each team, a screening layer stops anything off-policy before it reaches a learner, and every item stays traceable to where it came from. Your people get one path worth following. You get one invoice instead of a vendor list.
The parts we are proud of are the ones that are easy to fake. We measure whether someone understood the material, not whether the video reached the end. And we keep an audit trail clean enough for the industries where that is the entire point. Assigning learning is easy. Proving it is the job.
The short version
Three lines we don't cross.
Compliance is not a toggle
Locked policies stay locked. If a source is not cleared for your industry, nobody slips it in. Not an admin, not an agent, not us.
Completion is not comprehension
Finishing a video is easy to fake. A skill only moves here when someone passes a real check, and we tell their manager plainly which one it was.

Every item says where it came from and every decision is on the record. Your auditors should never have to take our word for anything.
